One month after you go live. The price match then applies for the first 12 paid months, based on equivalent usage.
Can we test before switching?
Yes. We'll help you plan a test setup while you continue using Usetiful so you can review content and behavior before switching.
Can you match our existing design?
We'll work to match your colors, typography, buttons and styling as closely as possible. You'll review any important differences before launch.
What happens to historical analytics?
Keep a copy of your Usetiful reports. We'll review what can be carried over and explain any limitations before migration.
How long will migration take?
It depends on content volume, styling, targeting and custom requirements. After review, we'll propose a timeline with testing time included.
What if we have a custom or prepaid contract?
We'll review your contract and requirements individually. Tell us your remaining term and we can discuss practical migration timing.
What happens after the price match?
