We are wrapping up this year with new release and with a short retrospective.
What a fantastic year this has been for Inline Manual and, by extension, for you. Our team has grown by more than 220% and so did our revenue. With the help of our service you onboard and engage 10.6 million users monthly (1 million daily), who send us 620 million server requests every month, whilst maintaining ~99.98% uptime - and that includes our own maintenance downtime! These are numbers that are rapidly increasing every day, a challenge that we accepted gladly.
We are very pleased to say that with quite a small, yet professional team, we are able to compete with other much larger competitors, deliver new features and continuously extend our customers portfolio with large brands, more and more of them being in the Fortune 500 list.
If I was to name the most important thing that I have learned during the past years as a CEO of Inline Manual, it would be how important it is to listen to your customers. Thank you for believing in us, in our mission and our values and for taking us where we are and where we are heading.
